Every step of our process is performed in-house under strict environmental controls. From material handling and processing to assay and final settlement, our team ensures precision and reliability at every stage.
1. Send or Drop Off Your Materials
Whether you’re an industrial facility, jeweler, or dental/medical provider, start by sending your materials to our refining facility. We can assist with approved containers, labeling, hazardous waste documentation, and transportation coordination if needed.
2. Evaluation and Preparation
Upon receipt, our team reviews your material and determines the best processing method based on its composition and form. Materials may be prepared through cleaning, segregation, or preliminary processing.
3. Processing
Depending on the material type, we use one or more advanced methods:
Smelting to melt and homogenize metals
Incineration to remove organics and prepare lower-grade material
Chemical Treatment for solutions and complex residues Each method is designed to maximize precious metal recovery.
4. Assay and Analysis
Samples from processed material are analyzed in our laboratory using fire assay, the industry standard for accuracy. Duplicate assays ensure reliable determination of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium content.
5. Refining and Final Results
Once analysis is complete, materials are further refined as needed to produce pure metal outputs. We then provide detailed results and settlement options based on your preferred method of return.
6. Settlement
Choose how you want to receive your value — from payment by check or wire transfer to metal credits or refined metal delivery. We work with you to finalize settlement quickly and transparently.
